The grill head features complete 304 stainless steel construction designed to provide long-term durability and features an upgraded, handcrafted hood. The Sterling Patio 1 FR puts out more than 30,000 BTU over a 296 square inch cooking surface while also using less than half the fuel of other infrared gas grills on the market. TEC's infrared grill technology creates even heat distribution and eliminates moisture loss, allowing you to create meals packed with charbroiled flavor. The Patio 1 FR allows you to achieve high quality results on a consistent basis. Not just for grilling, the stainless steel cooking grates and radiant glass panels allow additional cooking methods like simmering your famous chili while grilling burgers and brats.
