The kit also includes an outdoor-rated, exterior-mounted inlet box with a 30-amp twist-lock connection (L14-30P) that securely receives power from your portable generator or inverter and transfers it indoors. Installing the Through Wall Generator Kit is straightforward, with only four wires to connect: black, red, green (ground), and white (neutral). The prewired kit includes 16 inches of cable, a 12-inch by ½-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit to accommodate various wall thicknesses, and all necessary mounting hardware to make installation quick and hassle-free.
